So you’re looking for a Halloween themed fundraiser, but don’t want to plan a big event?  No fear, have a Candy Grams Fundraiser and raise the money your non-profit needs without having to find a banquet hall.  It also doesn’t require a ton of volunteers, for those of your with smaller nonprofit organizations.

Candy grams don’t have to be just for school organizations.  Who wouldn’t want to get a candy gram to their home or workplace?  It’ll bring back wonderful (hopefully) memories of their school days.

So gather up the few volunteers that you can and find some great Halloween costumes to deliver the candy grams in.

Halloween Candy Grams Fundraiser

Start selling your candy grams online, or at your nonprofit organization’s headquarters a month or so before Halloween.  Try to keep your price low.

Set date for delivery, preferably during the day on Halloween.

Find volunteers to deliver the candy grams.  If you’re doing this as a Halloween themed fundraiser, then find them some cute, or scary, costumes.

Make up your treat bags.  You can even solicit donations of candy for the candy gram treat bags.  Or fill them with homemade goodies baked by your organization’s volunteers and supporters.  Who wouldn’t like a few Halloween cupcakes, cake pops or cookies delivered to them.

Create cards to attach to the candy gram treat bags.

At least the night before delivery make sure that everything is in order.  That you have addresses for each candy gram and enough to cover every one sold.

On Halloween, or whatever day you’ve chosen as the delivery date for your Candy Gram Fundraiser, don your costumes and have fun delivering the candy grams.  Remember to take some pictures of the delivery to post to your social media, so that next year’s candy gram fundraiser will be even bigger.
